Mrs Michelle Whitford
Michelle is a customer service and administration expert with proven experience in providing a high standard of administrative support and education to all enrolled students. Providing administrative decision-making, support and leadership Michelle has over 9 years’ experience overseeing the workings of the customer service and office personnel. Michelle has shown an in-depth understanding of managing the office budget and reviewing the office expenditure. She manages the work product and deadlines of her staff and schedules meetings, answers interoffice inquiries and communicates all operational data to the other key management within the company.
Michelle has extensive experience in managing a large number of staff within her Administration Management role at Complex Institute of Education showing high level abilities in Human Resource Management. Through her role she has been required to initiate and coordinate actions covering the entire span of human resource activities, e.g., recruitment, placement, promotion, performance appraisal, vacancies, job classification reviews, separation of staff members, training, etc.
As Administration Manager, Michelle has shown she is both capable and experienced in managing, supporting, and supervising the administration department within CIE. This role has aided in developing the business as a market leader in providing innovative training services and recruitment solutions, exceeding the expectations of students, customers and partners.
