Mr Graeme Alford

Graeme has over 30 years of experience in consulting to organisations on how to deliver a level of customer service that differentiates them from their opposition. He has consulted to, written and delivered thousands of presentations and training sessions all over the world for a variety of clients ranging from small business to multi nationals. 

Graeme has written three books, "Never Give Up", "Inspirational Brainfood" and "Stop Sucking on Lemons" produced or co-produced numerous training packages as well as numerous videos on all areas of customer service. 

Following Graeme's role as MC for the NESA conference in 2004 he was asked by Employment Plus to prepare a training program to assist long term unemployed to get back into work and over the past ten years has written many programs to help the unemployed re-enter the workforce. 

A lawyer by training Graeme also holds the highest Accreditation as a professional speaker from the National Speakers Association of Australia and has completed his Diploma in Mental Health AOD. Graeme is a lifelong Hawthorn supporter and avid golfer who plays off single figures.
